СПОСОБЫ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫХ ВЕЩЕСТВ ИЗ ПЛЕНОК ХИТОЗАНА
The chitosan films obtained from solutions in acetic acid and containing antibiotics both of cephalosporin series and of aminoglycoside have been investigated and the principal possibility of regulating their transport properties as regards the medicinal preparations release has been demonstrated. This regulation can be carried out by films thermal modification consisting in heating of the formed films at the temperature of about 120 ˚C and treatment with sodium dodecylsulphate solution. It has been shown that the antibiotics release from a film will be determined by the amount of antibiotics connected with chitosan by hydrogen bonds, on the one hand, and by the state of the polymer matrix, on the other.
