Abstract. The current stage of development of world economy has accelerated scientific and technical progress and the increasing intellectualization of the basic factors of production. Intensive research and development on their basis of new technologies, entering global markets and the deployment of international integration in research and production within the emerging global economy virtually become a strategic model of economic growth for industrialized countries.
Innovative model of economic development becomes a reference point for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Russia. It allows to increase the rate of economic growth, to better integrate into the global economic space and successfully solve the socio-economic objectives, including the reduction of the gap in per capita income compared with developed countries.
The construction of a system of evaluation of efficiency of innovative projects is considered. Integration model assessment which aims at providing a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of innovative projects at the early stages of development, including the decision-making process is developed. The model allows to create a block of input data for construction of algorithm for the software tool set that enables the assessment of innovative projects of different sectors, taking into account the dynamics of the market development, technical level of novelty and feasibility, legal component, financial analysis of the feasibility of investment.
