Abstract. The author's gradation of the development of life cycle of the innovative project is given in article according to which, life cycle consist of four stages (four "technical corridor"): "intellectual", "license", "franchising" and "production". Every stage ends by creation of the product which is ready to an exit to the market. Problems of financing are considered and search of the investor for each of stages is substantiated. The evaluation of efficiency of participation of the investor in the project at four stages of commercialization is carried out.
