Abstract. Functional and tentative solutions ensuring the bailout of many industrial sectors should be based on complex and well-prepared projects, which would include a number of technological events on basic and critical technologies, innovations and brand new technologies development which would increase ecological requirements of manufacture (energy saving, alternative energy sources, green technologies implementation, etc.)

It is possible to implement multi-agent approach during the process of modernization of manufacturing. Multi-agent system is a composite connection of dimensional and/or functional bounded agents, consisting of a number of artificial agents and/or a person himself.

The creation of technologies that allow the development of production capacity for competitive high technology products, including dual-use technology, at a number of plants, is currently being considered as a strategic direction in providing economic and technological safety of production, contributing to the maintenance of production capacity of main products by volume of production, maintenance of infrastructure, enterprise and human capacity in terms of its optimization. The process of introduction of new technologies and industries is carried out on the basis of investment projects the implementation of which should be done taking into account the need for the creation of new high-performance and high-tech jobs, the degree of involvement of labor resources, their social significance, reducing the negative impact on the environment, etc.

Tailored teaching materials on the strategy of an enterprise innovative development consist of the following main sections: analysis of the current situation of the company, the strategic goal of enterprise development, activities for achieving the strategic development goals, managing the strategic development of the company, monitoring and control of realization of an enterprise development strategy.
